로그인 시 메시지와 파일시스템 문제

웹, 메일 서버로 사용하는 컴팩 ML330 서버입니다.
파란7.1이 설치되어있는데요.
매번 원격으로 접속을 하여 점검을(?) 하다가 오랜만에 모니터를 킨 후 로그인을 하려고 보니깐 모니터 가득히 이러한 메시지가 떠 있습니다.

위와 같은 메시지가 모니터상 여러줄 계속 나와있습니다.
이 상태에서 엔터를 치면 이제야 로그인 할 수 있는 상태가 됩니다.
어떠한 문제인가요?

또한 fsck -t ext2 /var를 하여 파일시스템 검사를 하면 다른 곳은 괜찮은데 var에서 fix가 나옵니다.
