mail 수신장애 도움을 기다려요!

메일서버에서 아래와같은 MAILLOG가 나타나고 사용자는 메일 송신은되나 수신이 되지않는

증상은 무엇때문인지 궁금 합니다.

이증상이 얼마전부터 일주일 1~2계정이 나타나고있어요
