데비안에서 proftpd 설치시에 에러가 나서 질문 올립니다.

데비안 초보사용자 입니다. 웹서버구축과 ftp구축을 하려고합니다.
아래 메시지는 proftpd설치시 나오는 에러메시지 입니다.

에러메시지에서 gcc, cc, cl등의 컴파일러가 없어서 설치가 안되는것같은데
어떻게 해야 할지 몰라서 글을 올립니다.
찾아보니니 "yum install gcc*"로 해보라고하셔서 해봤는데
"bash : yum: command not found"란 메세지가 뜨네요
고수님들의 도움 요청합니다.
