php설치하면 에러가 나와요

apache1.3.2,  php4.0.6 설치시 다음과 같은 에러가 납니다.

먼저 apache에서 configure --prefix=/usr/local/apache 실행.

다음으로 php에서 ./configure --prefix=/usr/local/ --with-apache=/usr/local/apache --with-path=/usr/local/apache/conf --with-exec-dir=/usr/local/apache/bin --enable-track-vars=yes 실행하고 make를 실행하면

[root@gysyc php-4.0.6]# make
make: *** No targets specified and no makefile found.  Stop.

이런 에러가 나옵니다. 고수님덜 리플부탁이요. 도와주세요.....
