apache make install 에러

아파치와 PHP를 소스 설치중에..
PHP는 가까스로...설치완료됐습니다...^^;
근데...아파치 컴파일 할때 다음과 같은 에러가 납니다.
make까지는 에러가 없는데..
make install에서 에러가 납니다

php-5.0.5.tar.gz
사용한 버전입니다


/usr/local/apache] ./configure --enable-so --prefix=/usr/local/apache
/usr/local/apache] make
/usr/local/apache] make install
