open realy 서버로 사용되는지 알고 싶습니다.

어제부터 알아보고 있는 오픈 릴레이에 대해서 질문드립니다.
오픈 릴레이가 뭘 하는건지는 알겠는데 혹시나 저희 서버 중에 한대가 오픈릴레이로 사용되는게 아닌가 해서 구글링을 해서 테스트를 해 보니 다음과 같이 나옵니다.
