httpd 실행에 문제 있는것같네요??

실행시키면 저런 메세지가 뜹니다.


그리고 주소창에 테스트하면 "The connection was refused when attempting to contact ......."
이런 경고창이 뜨면서 사이트가 안열리네요.

무슨 문제일까요? 해결방법있나요??
