페도라3 proftpd 접속시 딜레이 문제

알려주신 해결책으로 해결을 하여 공개했던 IP는 폐쇠하였습니다.

항상  슈퍼유저에서 도움을 많이 받고있는 컴퓨터학부 학생입니다.

페도라3로 구축된 서버에 proftpd를 깔았구요, 접속은 이상없이 되는데

접속시 딜레이가 너무 심한 관계로 도움을 청합니다. (15초..)

아래는 proftpd 설정파일 입니다.
