SURBL사용에 대해서

온라인 보안강좌를 보다가 잘 이해가 안되서 다시 질문드립니다.

스팸어세신3.1에서 SURBL를 사용하려면

/etc/mail/spamassassin/local.cf에 아래의 내용만 삽입하고 사용하면 되는 가요?
