bind 를 설치할때 필요한(의존성) 다른 패키지들이 설치가 되어있지 않다고 설치가 안되는겁니다.
해당 패키지들을 설치한후에 bind 를 설치해 주시기 바랍니다.
yum 이 가능하다면 한방에 설치할수도 있습니다.
