proftpd이 잘 구동되지 않습니다.

proftpd을 설치한 후에 inetd.conf  파일을 아래와 같이 수정했습니다.

inetd.conf :

ftp     stream  tcp    nowait  root    /usr/local/proftpd/sbin/proftpd proftpd -d -l -u022

그런데 ftp localhost를 실행하면 아래와 같은 에러가 발생하며서 접속이 안됩니다.

loopback에 연결됩니다.

421 서비스를 사용할 수 없으므로, 원격 서버는연결을 해제했습니다.
