proftp1.2.1 root 로긴이 안되네여[긴급]

안녕하세요...
다름이 아니라 오늘 proftp 1.2.1을 tar로 설치했는데 아무리 해도 root로 로긴이 안되는요...그 이유를 모르겠습니다. 일반 사용자로는 로긴이 되거든여...
고수님들의 빠른 답변 부탁드릴께여...
아래는 /etc/proftpd.conf 파일과 /etc/ftpusers 파일입니다.
무슨 설정이 잘못됬는지요????

참고로 OS는 래드햇7.2 입니다.
