sendmail 사용중에 새벽이 메시지가 옵니다.

안녕하세요. 이진영입니다.
메일서버로 sendmail을 사용하고 있습니다. 최신버젼으로 패치를 한상태이고,
4월1일 새벽 4시부터 갑자기 아래의 내용으로 회신이 되어서 메일이 옵니다.
어떻게 처리를 해야 할지 모르겠습니다.
해킹을 당한 것인지 아님 바이러스인지 ... 보내는 사람이 내부사용자입니다.
동일한 사용자로 옵니다. 아래의 내용과 같이 첨부파일이 하나 오는데...
첨부파일은 조금씩 바뀝니다. xxx는 도메인주소를 xxx로 표현한겁니다.
아시는 분 답변 부탁합니다.
