CUPS는 Common UNIX Printing System을 의미합니다.
즉, Common UNIX Printing System을 위한 데몬이 cupsd이며 이 데몬의 시작과 종료를 가능하게 하는 스크립트입니다.

사용옵션 : start|stop|restart|condrestart|reload|status
데몬파일 : /usr/sbin/cupsd
기타 : /var/lock/subsys/cups
